Removing Fixtures

Firstly a tenant cannot attach any fixture or make any renovation, alterations or additions to your premise without your prior written permission.

Consequently any fixtures that are added by the tenant cannot be removed without your permission either. If removing a fixture causes any damage to the property, the tenant is responsible for repairing the damage or compensating you.

If you disallow the removal of the fixture installed by the tenant, then you are required to pay adequate compensation to the tenant according to value of the fixture, if you previously agreed to its installation.
