Tenants have the right to privacy and quiet enjoyment of the premises that must be respected by you.
You or anybody else on your behalf must ensure they do not interrupt the reasonable peace, comfort and quiet enjoyment of the tenant.
Any need for you to enter the premises requires the necessary notice as per the Residential Tenancy Act applicable to your state.
