What if the premises are not reasonably secure?
If a tenant believes at anytime that the premises are not reasonably secure they should contact you in writing immediately requesting you to fix the problem. If you fail to act within a reasonable time frame the Tenant can then apply to the Tribunal.
Added security
If a tenant wishes to add locks or other security devices they must obtain your permission first and pay all costs.
