A tenant or you at any stage of the tenancy can apply to the relevant Tenancy Tribunal applicable to your state to end an agreement on hardship grounds, with no prior notice.
It is up to the party claiming hardship to provide evidence to justify ending the agreement. If the tribunal makes an order to end the agreement, it may also order the party suffering hardship to be paid compensation.
